This announcement corrects a common misunderstanding: P2P Network Index is a comparison layer, not a settlement venue. Use it to shortlist. Use the venue’s live order ticket and escrow chat to execute and to preserve your dispute evidence trail.

Checklist before any NGN transfer

Confirm rail/method text and payer rules on the venue ticket (not a DM).
Confirm min/max limits still match your intended amount.
Upload proof inside escrow chat; avoid WhatsApp/Telegram verification loops.
