Peer-to-Peer Index (P2PIndex) exists to reduce friction at the discovery stage of NGN crypto P2P: fewer tabs, clearer rails, and synchronized paging across supported venues. This charter repeats the boundary we want every new reader to internalize on day one: compare here; settle only inside the venue’s official escrow order.
