This Series entry is a practical routine for people who open too many tabs. The goal is speed without confusion: keep each number tied to its job, and keep execution tied to a venue ticket protected by escrow.

A repeatable 20‑minute session

Minute 0–3: open https://ngn.lol/x-fx-rates and note the Updated timestamp.
Minute 3–7: open https://ngn.lol/p2p-prices for coin movement context.
Minute 7–18: shortlist on https://ngn.lol/board using rails you can fund.
Minute 18–20: open the venue ticket and confirm method text, limits, and identity rules.
